How can I fix my mp3 player?

My MP3 player is a designer vision model 'n' whenever I wanna get it 2 work it just plays "Designer Vision" on the screen but does not play any music. I know it's on. What can I do 'bout it?

Connect it to your PC and make sure the music is actually on it.If there is a reset button try that. Another thing you can try is flatten the battery completely and fully recharge it. Have a really good look in the manual.
