How can I fix my TOMTOM 510?

When I put my tomtom onto the docking station (home or car) the green light only comes on if I move the connection around and even with the light on it does not always charge and when I do get it to charge it will stop after a short time. Help!!

I have the same fault, replaced the battery still no change. I have traced the fault to the main connection block. The pins or board have gone unfortunately these can not be changed. If your unit is less than 24mths old it is still under warranty.
