How can I fix my hot tap on my basin?

The hot tap started to be tight when turning it on and now there is no hot water coming in at all. It is a Heritage tap and about 3 years old.

Sounds like washer is u/s you can buy at b/q for a £2 you will have to isolate water there is usual a valve under sink and spanner to take tap off it is quite simple to do good luck
