It's really difficult! First DISCONNECT POWER. You will need two small, thin bladed flathead screwdrivers and three hands. Shove one screwdriver into the seam of the machine end cuff (pointing toward the handle end of the hose), 90 degrees from the plastic molded seam. Shove the other screwdriver 180 degrees from the first. Then pry them upward and outward until the hose pops loose. Unscrew the cuff and remove the part that is now loose on the hose. Put the loose cuff onto the new hose facing the same way, screw the end piece back into place and replace the wires by matching up the colors. Now orient the loose piece and push it onto the end cuff until it clicks. (This is where you'll need an extra hand.) The handle end is much easier. Remove the screws, remove the label, remove the hidden screw, carefully pry apart the two sides of the handle and replace the wires by matching up the colors. Then reassemble the handle. Viola!
