Faulty shower mixer valve?

I have a Whitewater Aspen (recessed) mixer valve which does not get very hot. What can I do to make the water hotter?

Thanks cpd - the feed is from a tank. Also I don't think that the pipe is furred up because we are in a soft water area. I tried reducing the flow to the cold feed and this only had partial success. Is it possibly the seals that may need replacing?
Thanks.

sounds like the hot water feed has furred up with limescale the only suggestion i have is to reduce the cold water inet to try and balance it out more if this fails to work im afraid it may be a replacement mixer valve. is shower feed from combi or tank?
