Beko WMA 520S : VERY loud banging when on spin?

Hi
When the washing machine goes onto the spin cycle it is incredibly loud, almost like there is a brick in the drum! The feet are secured and the machine itself is stable - I have opened up and the springs are connected but if I wobble the machine I can hear the banging - it has jsut some out of warranty - is it safe to use?

Brick has fallen out from bottom of my becko washing machine. The bolts have broken at the ends. Can this be repaired? Help shall i scrap it?
If any one can give me some advice.
Thank you

As well as the concrete slabs there are shock absorbers on the base of the drum. Take the top of the machine off and press down on the block if you are getting excess movement - replace the the shocks.

ITS NOT THE BEARINGS, April 2009
there is a concrete weight on the bottom of the drum.tip the machine on its back and you will see the concrete weight on the lefthand side.make sure this is tight as they come loose and even break off.13mm socket required to tighten the bolts up

I would not use this until you get it checked out.
I had the exact problem, and it was just out of warranty.
The weight fell off the drum and my machine was bouncing all over the kitchen and the lid blew off.
I got rid of it as i don't trust this brand. After such a short life and a major break down like this i would nrver buy Beko again.

no not really safe to use because sounds like your bearings have gone and it could end up blowing electrics.
