"where is the drain pump filter?" I hear you ask - it took me a while to figure that but:
If you open the cover at the back you will see the a black rubber pipe coming down from the drum towards a pump in the bottom right hand side - open jubilee clip at the top of this hose (its the biggest one) right below the drum and get ready for a deluge of backed up water coming from the drum! the filter is funnel shaped and sits inside the black hose - it's amazing what you'll find in there!
