flat or knackered expansion vessel-

cold pressure 1 - 1.5 rising to 2 - 2.5 ----normal operation
cold pressure 1 - 1.5 rising to 3+ expansion vessel fault
cold pressure 2+ bit high and could rise beyond 3 bar limit under normal expansion conditions
