Lemark 7300 and Windows Vista?

I have Windows Vista and am trying to set up my Lexmark 7300 printer, I can see the printer on my pc but when I try to print I get an error message
"Printer cannot communication with computer. Please turn on Enable Bidirection communication setting in the printer properties dialog.
I have clicked on enable biodirectional support but this doesn't do anything.

First of all ensure that you are using Vista drivers. XP drivers WILL NOT work.
