Please help,
my dishwasher is not washing correctly, it appears to go through a full cycle wash & dry.It beeps six times when cycle complete. The washing tablet is not fully dissolved (often dropping out of its holder) and the dishes are not clean, it appears to fully drain and when opening is full of steam at end of cycle. occasionly it works and fully cleans. I have added new salt and cleaned the filters and nozzles.Could it be a blockage on the rinse side ?

I have this exact same problem too!! Haven't used it for months cause it was tripping the main fusebox every time, chanced it again the other day and it worked fine...ONCE. Second time it wasn't draining properly so I cleaned the filter and sorted out the drain hose; then the program buttons stopped working properly. Found a hack to get round that problem, and now this! Goes through steam cycle and drying cycle but no wash cycle; soap suds fall out onto the cutlery tray and congeal. I think by the sounds of it it must be a common fault. There seems to be no end of faults with these dishwashers and mine seems to have gone through them all one by one. Diplomat are no longer trading, the rumour I heard is that they went bust. No wonder if their products are so shoddy! Think we'll just have to tear the dishwasher out and have extra cupboard space, unless the landlord fancies replacing it!

tried everything, thought better buy a new one rather than pay to have it fixed.

binned it and bought a beko, running ok so far, also under £300 new

Hello Paul.
The problem you are having is exactly the same as mine, it drains and steams but no wash cycle.
Still have not found out why, please let me know if you have any luck with yours.
Next thing I will try is checking there is no blockage from water inlet inside the unit (if i can open it)

hi stuart i have got the same dishwaher as you and mine is playing up as well like yours there is water going in but its not doing any think its just boiling up and steaming up and it drains as well can you tell me how you fixed yours

Hi Stuart, you seemed to have checked every thing.I would have checked the spray arms and the seive filter.look in the base under the filter and on the right side is the pump entry.Check to see that is clear.Most machines fault code F6 is unable to drain.Check to see if the drain hose is connected under the sink to a spigot.If so, check this is clear.Other than that I am at a loss diagnosing from a distance.You may need an engineer visit. All the best.
