replace the water to water heat exchanger in my worcester bosch 28cdi combi?

The manual tells me to remove the filling loop by removeng the two holding scews and then slide the assemble to the left. does the filling loop include the knob for repressurising the system, since this feels very tight and don't want to cause more problems?

Do you have a manual. I have the same problem. Was yours making kettling noises before you replaced it. Did it work afterwards. Thanks

Steve,
make sure you turn the mains cold water off!
When removing the 'filling loop' pull out at the left, towards you where the screws were, before sliding to the left. You'll also notice that Worcester fitted a metal 'stopper', making it dificult to easely remove the filing loop. it pulls out though!
Main issue when replacing is to make sure you replace ALL of the 'o'rings especially the cold water inlet 'o' ring. .. have fun :)
