(Do you mean the machine 'cause if not:) What the hell is Bookmobile talking about!? You dont use super glue on the end of cassette tapes! You'll cause drop outs! (With something like that, it is not worth bothering)

I have used super glue spread very thinly on about an inch at the end of the broken tape and then overlap the other broken end onto the glue. Overlapping the ends about one to two inches seems to work.
