How can I fix my machine Hoover Nextra A+AA 1400 6kg?

I put soap in tray, filled machine with clothes, turned the dials to correct position (as I have been for last year) and water spurting out of soap tray instead of going into machine. Why? What do I do?

check the soap drawer HOLES for gunge partly BLOCKING the holes misdirecting the water clean with a old tooth brush and bleach.
