I have a jamming problem with a Blomberg 1503 AS washer ----?

My Blomberg 1503 AS washer keeps jamming items of clothing in the rubber door seal - I can't see a fault with it but occasionaly items get jammed between the rubber ( which is fixed in place) and the rotating drum. This results in the rubber becoming almost melted onto the clothing hence ruining it. Can anyone help me ??? All I need is for the kids favourite footy shirts to become ruined and life won't be worth living !

We've had this problems for ages, sounds like a design fault. The quick fix is to put less washing in the machine.
It seems that overloading the machine causes things to get jammed.
Since doing smaller washing loads, we've had no more clothing casualties.
However, our 1503 AS now doesn't spin every time time.
All in all, I don't recommend the BLOMBERG 1503 AS.
