Hi my Braun 4259 Food Processor's motor is fine but the shaft has broken - I have a user manual but it doesn't cover how to repair/replace the shaft. any advise?

Hi,

I run a shop in Hove and we are Authorised Braun Service Agents. The part you require is a chassis unit which has the plastic shaft attached to it. Probably your existing shaft has cracked?? The part is no longer available, but Im sure I have one left (somewhere in my workshop). You may also need to do a small modification to get the new chassis/shaft assy in but this is not difficult to do. If you wish to discuss this further please call me, Im normally in the shop.
