beko 520 drum banging?

all the concrete blocks are ii place but loose in the bottom is a large square block of polystyrene which appeares it is to hold the drum abd stop it from banging. where does it go? any ideas

think its just stuffed, sounds like common issue

i got a feeling this is packing that was not removed when machine was delivered/installed if you have the instructions read the set up instructions ,
take out polystyrene and try machine again .

bit more detail i have checked underneath and th concrete block is bolted on securely at the bottom. and i have also removed the top and again the block is bolted on tight. both springs are in place at the sides but the drum bounces all over th place. if you run with nothing in it spins smooth, if you put anything in you just get a massive bang! i found a large block of polystyrene under neath which i guess stops it from banging? where does it go, any advice greatly appreciated
