i went to print one day and my print will not print it will put picture or letter in my printer but will not print it i have add a new printer and still it will not print can you please help me

turn off your computer and then unplug your printer.
wait 30 secs then turn on your computer.
wait for it to boot up.
put the cd that came with your printer into the
drive and follow the instructions. If you dont
have the cd then go to the website and download it.
