You either have a faulty water inlet valve or a fault on the control board which is not allowing the control board to switch on the inlet valve. Swap the wires from the control board to the hot & cold valves. Start the machine with hot wash selected - you should get cold water coming in. Then change to cold wash & you should get hot water coming in. If the cold valve works with the wires swapped then it is a control board fault. If it still does not work then change the valve.
