should i use grit or siver paint?

should i use grit or paint on my replacement roof.
Existing roof has grit.

dont bother with silver paint ,or any other fast fix
method. using chalk pellets to retain moisture is a time tested method ,any other stones could penetrate
your felt if troden on .no moisture at all will result
in drying an cracking ,over a year or two.
if flat foofs were any good,they would have put one on ,st pauls.

silver paint is prefeable bcause any defects in later years can de rectified much easier. and period re application of the silver will prolong the life of your roof indefinately
