Hi hoping someone can help me? I have had my laptop for about 6 weeks now and suddenly the pointer has frozen on me so when I use the pad to try and move it nothing happens unfortunately I can't access the help guide as I have a stupid licence thingy that comes up and blocks the screen (this is when I installed Google earth the other week) anyway normally I just click on task managed and end task and this gets rid of it but as I can't click on anything as the pointer is stuck in the middle of the screen am stuck!! I even tried plugging in wireless mouse, this doesn't work either!!

Help need asap. As need to access my laptop for files etc. So if you know how to get me unstuck and also how to get rid of the Google licence things pernamently I will be a happy bunny

I have this problem all the time!!! its so annoyin but anyway all you've gotta do is do a system restore on it so press the windows symbol on ur keyboard and ithe start menu shud cum up then just type in the search box "system restore" and it shud cum up then just follow the instructions by pressin enter 2 continue etc. then next time it cums on it shud work fine =)
