How can I lower the water pressure in my Mira shower uinit ?

Is it possible, easily, to reduce the pressure of the water feeding through my Mira 415 shower control, without affecting the overall pressure in the rest of my flat (Bath, washbasin,kitchen- sink, central heating, etc.) ?

wrong.
fitting any valve will not adjust pressure only flow.

the only way to lower pressure is a pressure reducing valve.

The simplest way to reduce pressure/flow would be to add a valve before the shower (you've probably seen them near your sink or toilet, they're called service valves) with one of these fitted, you only need a screwdriver to adjust the flow, and consequently the pressure, to your shower unit.
Hope this helps
