Repair push button toilet?

I have a biult in push button toilet.
I have removed the top panel and exposed a sort of syphonic tube conected to the push button.
It is not flushing ??

ensure tubes are pushed on to buttons and flushing mechanism fully and are not kinked or restricted in any way,maybe tubes can be shortened.try removing button and connect something that can displace air(bike pump,syringe,baster etc)to end of tube and test to find out if the fault is at the pushbutton or flusher,it doesn't take a lot of air to operate flusher so a short burst of air should move flusher,also hold button near your face and push to see if you feel a puff of air coming from hose connection,also make sure tubes aren't punctured anywhere.
