How can I remove my Freelander stereo?

How does the stereo/cd multi player come out of my 2005 Freelander to allow me to install my Parot blue tooth kit?

Easy, you will need to slide the top plate forward from above the radio, this will expose two screws. there are then two screws, one either side of the dash beside the gear lever, under the hand brake is a cover that has two screws that need removing. The centre console storage box needs the 4 screws removing, under here is a further 2 screws that need to be removed, after this the centre console can be moved. in turn you can then remove the raio facia. remeber to undo the 3 plugs either side and the cigarette lighter. you will then see the 4 screws that hold the radio. Dont forget you will need a SOT lead, the one for the Freelander is a SOT 085, i bought it from budgetcaraudio on ebay. 65 minutes out and back in.
