indesit 1196w leaving residue on washing, why?

my machine keeps leaving little black bits on my washing, they are fibre like can anyone suggest why and how to fix this annoying problem. thanx.

the fibre /rubber bits could be the rear bearing seal breaking up due to a rough edge on shaft usually caused by bearing wear sooner or later the bearing WILL fail.
Also check whats got chewed up in the pump, assuming you clean the filter pot out regular
