Our Hoover Eco Wave Plus 5 has blocket water inlet to the soap poweder tray for the main wash. The soap powder is not flushed into the machine but remains in the tray as a soggy mess. There is also a leak from the tray onto the floor.

Does anyone know how to unblock the inlet nozzles.

hole 's probably blocked with mould/gunge.remove draw and clean the jets with a old tooth brush and bleach. a partly blocked hole can cause the water to be miss directed therefore missing the powder and the tray
