how do i fix my cash register printer?

hi

the only problem i have now is that the wheel in the printer does not flow with the other wheels

theres one wheel that i cant fix so that the paper flows through the paperguide

Oh dear. This means you have mis-timed gears. The printer will need to be stripped down and re-timed. You will need to take it to a dealer to have it repaired. It must have had a serious jam for this to happen. A coin falling into the gears is the usual cause.
