Boiler will not start up (Potterton Promax HE Plus)?

New boiler installed 10 months ago ( No previous problems ), I have just replaced all my radiators, having drained the system down and refilled and bled all the radiators . I can not get the boiler to run, I have reset the electronis via the re-set button , but still the system will not fire up, any one with any ideas ( I did not touch the boiler, other than switch the system off to drain it down.

Look at the LED clock face and it should come up with an error code then refer to the manual and it will tell you what the fault is

Not sure if we have the same problem??? Our heating works fine when we switch it on (i.e. fires up) but wont fire up for the hot water!! We are at our wits end as we are using the emursion switch and our electric bills are going through the roof..... any help would be appreciated

I have the same problem... I have a Potterton Promax Combi 28 HE Plus. The hot water function operates fine, but when it comes to turning on the heating via the thermostat, the boiler cranks up, decreases in temperature a little bit and then displays error E168. Any one have any ideas? It starting to get cold... :)
