First I assume by the model its a Thetford permanent cassette toilet in which case you should have put this in the Motorhomes/caravans section.
However go to www.thetford.com click on customer support and email them but don't hold your breath the can be long winded.
You can also access a parts list. Click on Parts on the home page select permanent toilets from dropdown menu select your model and the exploded view of the toilet will show scroll down to see the parts listing and numbers. To save this go to the top on left is icon of printer with icon of disc next to it click on the disc and save to your document list.
