How 2 assemble multi-gym pulley system?
Got second hand multi-gym, no instructions, r all/most multi's pulley systems roughly the same? 'Cause can't work it out. Duh!!!. Went to shops but won't help and don't wan't to spend more than it cost to assemble. Anybody got a copy of setup guide they can e-mail me. Would be greatly appreciated. Sorry I've not got the make/model offhand, spur of the moment idea to ask and I'm not at home. It's got butterfly's, lat bar', seated bench press, leg curls etc. Thanks a lot peeps.
