we cannot reset the dishwasher, we have 3 lights on flashing, the alarm going, and as often as we try the reset procedure, it still bleeps, although the pump is running, and will release water from machine. does anyone have a clue what to do next, apart from scrapping it!!

Hi sharon, take off the plinth, take off the black inspection cover and look inside with a torch.If there is water in the base, turn off the power and drain off the water with a sponge.This will reset the machine.If with use, the base keeps filling with water, it may be a sump leak which may mean scrapping it.Try water in the base first.
