can anyone help me my computer just turns itself off without any warning whatsoever i can switch it on then after so long it just goes off and i lose whatever im doing even when im on the internet i would appreciate any help at all as i dont really know that much about computers thanks

Is it a laptop or desktop?
does it go off after any specific number of minutes, if so, is that number of minutes the same ... each time it shuts off?
