I have a 'Zoostorm' laptop, don't know the model number, but seriel number is CM003923-008. I am unable to connect to the internet. The Wi-Fi icon on taskbar says it is connected, but when you run a program that needs the internet(ie Microsoft Edge) it says there is no connection. Running the diagnostic link reports that the dns server is not responding.
everything was fine until yesterday. Any suggestions as to how I can fix this would be much appreciated.

Look in your network connection settings to see what DNS server you are using and maybe change it.

Google provide free DNS services. Their DNS is 8.8.8.8
