how can I unlock my Grundig car radio? ?

My radio is a Grundig SC 303. I lost the code an tried several times to enter the wrong code. It will not now let me enter a code even though I have now find it.
How can I stop it being in safe mode?

Leave it switched ON...UNDISTURBED for as long as it takes to reset. Could be between 10 mins >> 640 mins (Nearly 11 hours) depending on how many wrong codes have been entered. (The time doubles for each wrong code)
