what is wrong with my rca- opal mp3 player? how do i fix it?!?

My Opal stopped working and everytime i try and turn it on it says "KEYS LOCKED" and shuts down!!!!!!

i tried reseting it and charging it, but nothing will work!

can anyone help explain to me on what to do?!!!!!

There is a slide switch on the back that needs to be slid to the left to unlock the keys.
