eurovox channels not working?

could someone explain why a lot of channels from the eurovox max are now not showing? Some say no signal, others did work but now don't, [Sky Drama movies, Screen 1]

Im in Glasgow and all three Eurovoxes that are in the flat are sayin that the channels are scambled. Any ideas?

just do a power scan or a auto scan ,somtimes channals dont work as the freq may change
