Worcester 28i Combi conflicting quotes?

Intermittent no hot water to taps problem,Had 2 Quotes,First says faulty diverter valve or diaphram.Second says my 5 year old Worcester 28i does not have diverter valve and problem is more than likely to be pcb,Whos right,Ime Confused

Thanks for your reply Iain,Yes its a 28i Worcester combi,Me thinks I need to get 3rd engineer to come out and see if its pcb or flow switch...or is there any simple checks I could look at on the flow switch...Kind Regards..Rob.

28i rsf is dual pass heat exchanger and does not have divertor assembly or diaphragm.

its definately just a worcester 28i??

if it is, there is not much to the dhw demand apart from flow switch then power to fan etc etc. my first thoughts would be flow switch so id rule that out first.

could be pcb fault, but sticking flow switch id start looking at first before changing pcb

(advice given based on 28i rsf) :-)
