worcester heatslave 15/19 oil boiler,no ignition?

I have a worcester heatslave 15/19 oil boiler, i am getting hot water but no central heating, radiators are cold, ive switched boiler mains off and on again in aid to maybe reset the boiler but no joy the boiler wont ignite. it was all working fine last night. i had an engineer out last year and he replaced a lot of parts, new pump valves pressure vessle etc so pretty much all parts are reasonably new.

I have a worcester heatslave oil burner and although the burner comes on there is no hot water circulating so we have neither hot water or heating.

No ignition?

So it does fire for hot water, but won't fire for heating?

If this is so, look to your controls (programmer, room stat, or the operating switch on the front).

If it fires and there's no heat round the rads, motorised valve.
