how can i fix my simpson silencio 850 dishwasher?

the tablets or powder wont dissolve and my plates are still dirty. I clean the filter in the bottom of the dishwasher regularly, is there another filter somewhere that may need cleaning?

Try removing the spinner arm from the top - In my 850 the holes that the water comes out of were blocked and needed to be blown backwards with water and have the bigger bits pulled out with tweezers.
