Replacing bearings on Indesit W103?

I've had a look through previous posts, and apologies for asking for repetition. I'm sure my bearings are starting to go, but haven't gone yet (just a clunk at the same point each time the drum rotates). I've removed the back panel and can see the multi-spoke wheel which is driven by the belt from the motor. It is held on with a regular but largish nut. Presumably I need to undo this, but what do I find afterwards? Are the bearings freely removable once the wheel is off?

It may not be the bearings. The inner rotating drum has a 'white' metal 3 pronged support for the shaft. This corrodes and cracks causing the drum to become semi- detached from drive spindle. If this is the case it will need welding or a new inner drum. To dismantle remove 2 motor screws & plug, remove large pulley with centre screw, undue the concrete counter-weight & lift it up, unscrew long screw in metal band & lift off, prise off back plate at 3 points 7 , 12 & 4 o'clock , push drum spindle inwards and slide out back-plate.

Did you manage to do this job. My washing machine is in bits on the kitchen floor at the moment. Any help would be gratefully received.

I can't say but try your local library assuming they still do some hold maintenance books for appliances and you might be lucky and get one for your machine.
