My wifes ford galaxy radio seems to be frozen on 1 station, cant eject cd, tune or change station preset. Volume works but nothing else, has it locked itself? any help would be appreciated as it is tuned to local radio hell!

Suggest disconnecting from the car for 10 mins(either by removing fuse or battery connection) ..then reconnect .

Make sure you have the Radio Security Keycode before you start.

Ask a NEW question here if you don`t have the code quoting the Serial Number beginning with M++++++ found on the radio casing
