Eurovox Max?

I hve a Eurovox max, did a power scan and now only have one channel, Sky Screen 2, can also get BT test channels, only scans up to 36 seem to have lost 37. Can anybody help, provider Virgin, live in Motherwell, Lanarkshire

I live near you Belle. I usually switch the box off at the wall. Then turn it on again & do full power scan. it usually comes back.
