Indesit Dishwasher IDL 705, flashing LED, and bleeping?

Had a new on/off switch fitted, tried to work dishwasher, power on first LED lit up - then after a couple of mins 4 beeps then 2nd and 3rd LED flashed, think this some sort of error code, but what does it mean????
