I am in the same position in as much as we have just moved to a new home and Gas board condemned the fire on ventilation and coals as we don't have a manual. I haev the same problem, my gas engineer has shut off my supply as the coals were incorrectly placed. I desperately need the manual. If anyone cld email that wld be superb gsimmons24@hotmail.com
