I have been using it over 15 years and suddenly does not working last autumn when I turned on after I haven't used for several months during the summer. I have got two more smaller sizes and they are working fine.
Can anyone had same the problem and resolved it before? Tell me what kind of things I need to do or change any parts?

Is it getting power?
Check the elements (May be more than one)
Check the charge thermo switchews

These are basic things anyone competent with electricity can do. If you are not competent or do not understand, get a techie in who does.
