Can I repair a scratch in a quartz worktop with wax or filler ?>>>>>>?

The material is Apollo Quartz 30MM. A small bottle of liquid fell and made a tiny deep scratch about half an inch long.

This can be polished out - quartz is 30mm solid material, you may feel the indent but that depends how deep the scratch is.
