I have a diplomat integrated dishwasher and the salt refil light stays on constantly - any ideas ?

Hi Mark, if you use 3 in 1 tablets etc, ignore both lights,salt and rinse aid.If using seperate items,GENTLY stir the salt and water in the salt pot and this can clear a blockage.Other than that you will need to have a new regeneration unit fitted.I personally would just use 3 in 1 tablets.All the best
