Ferroli Boiler, fan not working, how do i fix it please?

Ferroli Boiler
When the heating was on, the fan was making a loud noise as it was turning around. Now, I went to turn the heating on, and the fan doesn't start up & therefore it won't fire up, & I have no heating & hot water. Please help! Thank you.

try flicking it round with a screwdriver this may start the boiler if it still makes a noise try spraying wd 40 on the fan make sure isolation switch is turned off if this fails you may need new fan
