Hi can anyone help

I recenlty decided to attempt to rewire my system which is an s plan, because the wiring was an absolute mess and i wanted to tidy it up, and at the same time give myself more experience in understandly how the system works. ( i know i truly feel right now i should of left it alone ;(

one thing i noticed about this boiler is that it has the standard main going to it, (red , black, earth ) but it also has an extra red, black, and earth, according to the plan i was following these dont exist, so could someone please tell me what these wires are and where abouts do they go??

Should have permanent live , a switch live , pump live , neutral and earth
