Chris, try the filter inside the dishwasher, I mean just open the door and look in the bottom of the dishwasher for the drainage filter. Sometimes food left overs are getting stucked there, or the detergent powder is damp from the pack, and becomes like small stones, which is difficult to melt in the water, and could stick on the filter. After cleaning it, operate it empty with the highest heat programe, and you could add some vineger to clean any remaining dirts! Good luck
