Following viewing of DVD, opening and closing of tray
display showed LOADING with tray section flashing blue light. Cannot operate unit, changed batteries in handset. Disconnected/reconnected unit from mains, still not operational (LOADING blue flash etc), either from handset or manual touch of unit. Any ideas .............?

Information for Harry. Left unit unplugged for a day at a time. Each evening reconnected and ensured no keys on handset were sticking. Continually pressed 'open/close' door. Friday evening, success, after repeated pressing of o/c door, for 12-15 minutes, reverted to normal operation. Hope it works for you.
